Scripture: Psalm 17:1-7; 15

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to rush through an entire day without really seeing anyone? In Psalm 17, David prays, "I shall behold your face." And in Matthew 14, Jesus looked at a hungry crowd. He doesn’t see the problem. He sees people to love.
The disciples saw scarcity. Jesus saw opportunity. They saw five loaves and two fish. Jesus saw enough to bless. Maybe today God isn't asking you to perform a miracle. Maybe God’s simply asking you to notice. Notice the lonely coworker, the neighbor who needs encouragement, or the person everyone else walks past.
When we begin to see people the way Jesus sees them, our praise becomes more than songs. It becomes compassion in action. So before you begin your day, pray this simple prayer: "Jesus, help me behold Your face today." You may be surprised where you find Him.
Grace and peace,
Pastor Don
