Have you ever had a moment when your faith felt shaky—when you wondered if God was really working, or if you somehow missed something along the way?
You are not alone.
Even John the Baptist—the man who baptized Jesus and heard the voice of God—found himself sitting in prison asking, “Are You the One, or should we expect someone else?”
John wasn’t losing his faith.
He was losing his expectations.
And Jesus doesn’t scold him.
He doesn’t say, “Come on, John, you should know better.”
Instead, He says, “Look at what God is doing— the blind see, the lame walk, the poor hear good news.”
In other words:
“John, even when you can’t see Me working in your situation, I’m still fulfilling My promises.”
Maybe you feel stuck today.
Maybe life hasn’t turned out the way you planned.
Maybe faith feels like more questions than answers.
Hear Jesus’ words again:
Look at what God is doing.
Look beyond the discouragement.
Look beyond the walls around you.
God is still moving—right now, in ways you may not see yet.
Bring your doubts to Jesus.
He can handle them.
And He’ll lead you forward.
