Psalm 139 says God knows everything. God knows when you sit down and when you rise up. God knows your thoughts before you speak a word.
The good news is that God’s knowledge of you is not to condemn you, but to comfort you.
The psalm says wherever you go, whether you’re standing in the light or walking through the darkest season, God is already there. You are never out of God’s reach. You are never beyond God’s care.
Even when you feel lost, even when you feel overwhelmed, even when the night feels long, God’s light, love, and power overcome the darkness.
You are fully known. You are deeply loved. And you are never alone.
Let that truth steady your heart today. You don’t have to hide. You don’t have to pretend. Rest in the God who surrounds you with love.
